Prism Full Spectrum Survival A Conference for Women, by Women
Hosted by the women-led DeKalb Chamber Partnership, Prism is more than a conference—it’s a celebration of the full spectrum of womanhood.
Step into a full day of inspiration, connection, and empowerment — a day dedicated to your growth, your wellness, and your journey. Connect with like-minded women and gain fresh perspective from our keynote speaker as she explores what it truly means to thrive in today’s world.
You’ll also hear real, relatable stories from a panel of local women who will dive into the many facets of total wellness — from mental and emotional well-being to physical health and balance. This is your space to refocus, recharge, and rise.
This year’s theme, Full Spectrum Survival, shines a light on what it means to not just survive—but thrive—through every aspect of life: building and sustaining a small business, climbing the corporate ladder, managing the weight of social expectations, balancing family responsibilities, committing to volunteerism, leading in the nonprofit world, navigating burnout, and finding personal fulfillment in the process.
Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared lunch, connect with inspiring women from across northeast Indiana, and gain insights from those forging paths across the full spectrum of experience.
Empowered women. Empowering women. Welcome to Prism.
Guiding us through this event is longtime friend and champion of the Chamber, Christie Browning, an award-winning author and business owner, as our distinguished emcee for the day.
